If you'd like more information on Reiki in general, I highly recommend the website of The International Center for Reiki Training - www.reiki.org. That site contains over 300 pages of information and articles that cover a vast number of subjects related to Reiki.

If you haven't yet experienced this wonderful energy, I suggest that a Reiki session is a good place to start your Reiki journey.  I offer appointments at my Winter Park office, Wednesdays through Fridays.
